        From my wedding to anniversaries, birthdays and just because, Celebrity Cake Studio has been our first choice since 2011. The latest occasion was my husbands 50th birthday. I ordered the 8 Golden Ombr (blackberry cake). As with previous orders, it was a hit! Customer service is always top tier. They are the friendliest people. Stop byjust do it.

        For my birthday, Celebrity Cake Studio hosted a private class for me and a group of friends. I cannot express how much fun this was!! They have such a great event space that was set up and decorated for a birthday party when we got there. All of us had a station set up with a full cake and everything we needed to decorate it. The decorator leading the class was so helpful and we were all shocked to have cakes that turned out so beautifully! They even played a Taylor Swift playlist for us as we decorated. I learned a lot about decorating cakes and am stoked to have a delicious cake at home now. This was such a fun birthday and I am so appreciative of the team putting this event together!

        Honestly, if you want a cake done for a special occasion and have a specific vision, DO NOT go here. (Costco cakes are cheaper and tastes better). They change cakes without your permission and "design" it without talking with you. They messed up on my son's 10th birthday cake and ruined his special day. Just because it's not a wedding cake, it does not make it any less special. Do Better. FYI, to anyone who gets a cake made here, make sure you contact them multiple times to make sure your cake is not ruined. They all struggle with simple instructions. UPDATE as of 4/1/24, responding back to owner. You recieved a full amount back from my bank last week and I was informed it was an electronic deposit. So no, I have not gotten my cake back or recieved any money and I have reached out to you and was told I was not receiving a refund. Try again.

As a family business that has been around for 25 years, we know how important our customer relationships are and we go to great lengths to make it right if we've ever missed the mark. We are human too and will do what we can in our capacity to execute each vision to meet or exceed customer expectations. We send photos and updates of our cakes prior to pick up so that we can make sure customers are happy with it and also have time to make adjustments if needed. Our team did alot to make it right for your order. We even offered you a generous refund for the cake you did not consume which you declined by doing a full chargeback on your card. The full amount was refunded back to you by your credit card. That means we made your cake, you consumed it and got your money back. Hope that suffices.
