Eddie Bauer no longer offers a lifetime guarantee of their products, and will not honor products with the Lifetime Guarantee tag. The in-store experience is challenging; they got new computers in October 2023 and can no longer access information prior, including rewards and returns.

Horrible exchange policy if youve bought something online you cannot exchange in store. Its 2023. They lost a customer.

The employees at the store always greet customers with a smile and are helpful. However the recent buy out of the company has ushered in a major change in the product line. Gone is the business casual line that was a mainstay of the brand for many years. Everything now seems to be focused on active lifestyle, outdoor, travel and fitness. I feel the quality of the goods has improved over the last couple of years. Prices can still be on the higher side though. The new owners are a consortium of a retail holding company (from Germany I think) and the group that owns Simon Malls. Perhaps they know what they are doing. I have purchased more EB product in the last year than the previous 5 or 6 years combined. I hope it works out. I would hate to see a heritage Seattle brand disappear.

Good clothes good service. Expensive but worth it. Wait for sales. They have same items online.
