I wont be shopping here again, and I recommend that parents think twice before buying kids gear/shoes here. We have been REI members for decades, but they no longer stand behind the products they sell. My daughters shoe sole separated after less than 6 months and they wont do anything about it. Their satisfaction guarantee is hollow. We were previously happy to pay a premium for the customer service and assurance that REI would back the products they sold. But the $30 Sketchers we bought elsewhere are still going strong after 18 months, whereas these fell apart and the REI manager just offered to sell me some shoe glue. A really disappointing experience and one well certainly be considering for future purchases.
