I highly recommend Karl and Angela Kennedy for the sale of your home. Our home was located in a lesser desired part of the state and they agreed to take on the challenge. They were patient in waiting for the right buyer to come along and did not pressure us in any way to agree to their offer. They used their expertise to guide us in our decisions and made the process painless. I would recommend them to anyone!

I have never had such great representation by a realtor. I highly recommend Michele. We are purchasing in Nevada now and wish we could take our realtor with us. Her proffessionalism is outstanding and her depth of empathy she really takes to heart your feelings and helps in any way possible. To have her as your realtor is the greatest. The Hardie Group took incredible care of me in every way with buying my home here in Spokane. It was a little tricky with my being from another state and the sale of this home was contingent on the sale in Kaysville, Ut. Michelle and Karl kept continuous communication with me. They were extremely professional and helped guide me through all Of the online docu sharing. Michelle gave me visuals on homes that were in my Price range, both new construction and existing and kept them in the area that I was seeking. Both Karl and Michelle kept open communication at all times with me which has to be difficult when youre trying to have a life too. Both went out to the sights and took videos of places Of interest for me. This was very helpful to me being out of state. Ian, my lender was equally helpful through the process. Again, communication is key here. This is something they do all day, every day but, we as the client do not. Ian was so patient with me, especially with me trying to show documents of what was needed for the loan and the underwriters. Im not super techy but, he helped me throughout the entire process. They definitely worked as a team and represent the Hardie Group with professionalism, kindness and energy. I would recommend them to anyone that is seeking business in real estate. I absolutely love my new home. Isnt that what the goal is ?
