        Company is an absolute joke!!!!! Literally have had water leaking into my unit since October 2023 now its full of water and mold and all of my property is ruined and they arent doing a single thing about it!!!! Stay as far away as possible from this company

        Move here if you want to get charged $1400 upon move out for pictures and developing, and have the male apartment manager make unprofessional comments about other peoples apartment to ME during walkthrough. What are you saying about my apartment then? He will then proceed to open your closets in bathrooms and bedrooms without clarifying or checking first, to make sure theres no wall damage. Right. Brix Apartments in the Valley. Expressed concern to management, nothing was resolved.

        Its a scam apartment. Its so bad experience. When I left and couple months later they sent me a bill and asked me to pay couple of thousand dollars to pay for damage. But it was not actually at my fault. They are streaters
