Working with nukey was a net positive experience. We initially had some confusion around what layout we thought we were getting (had to sign sight unseen), but Jordan quickly resolved our concerns, got us into a preferred layout and location on the property. Thank you Jordan for being willingness to help us on a Saturday evening so we could get moved in.

As a property owner I needed a company that had a grasp on this fluctuating market to get a long vacant property rented. Chase was knowledgeable and got the property rented. Very impressed with the entire team in being quick to respond to calls & texts, service the properties, handling renter issues & concerns, timely owner statements w/ payments & billing, and legal questions.
