The reviews arent exaggerating. My roommates and I rented through them from 2020-may2022. The last few months of our lease they stopped responding to calls, emails, texts, maintenance requests (including ignoring me letting them know there was a leak that may result in the fridge crashing through the basement ceiling into my bed) and the office was deserted. 7 months later and weve never gotten our security deposit back (despite numerous attempts) and the cherry on top is they still email us telling us we have rent due, for a lease that expired 7 months ago. Disgusting business ethics, they should be ashamed of themselves. Do yourself a favor and read the reviews on the Better Business Bureau, then run far far away.

In 2022, while I was deployed, I did not receive MONTHS of rent from RPM for my home I own and rent out. I lost thousands of dollars. Absolute silence, no responses from RPM. Absolutely disappointed. I switched to Windermere as soon as I got back from my deployment. I feel hopeless. I dont know what I can do to possibly somehow get my money back. Currently stationed overseas and at a complete loss.

I do not know what is going on have been trying to contact them for two months with no response all numbers are mailbox full no response to email txt no call backs and they do not answer there phones... Update new owners same problems was told i would be called back with my concerns i had the never did and new phone numbers do not work, or they do not respond

We moved out in September and could not pay our last month's rent online due to their website being down. They never answer the phone and the voicemail is full so we had to pay via their drop box. They are still showing that our September rent hasn't been paid, and are still charging us rent even though our lease was up and we moved out. I could never reach them to do our walkthrough and we have heard anything about our deposit. Never rent from them or let them manage your property! They do absolutely nothing for the tenants or owners yet still collect their fees. Awful people.

Rpm Spokane is supposedly under new ownership, however, they still will not respond to calls or concerns from owners. We are still waiting for refunds or any communication at all. Stay away if you value your time and money
