Had grooming appointment scheduled for over a month. Then when we arrive for our appointment, were told the jerk owner booked our groomer with 2 other grooms DURING our appointment time. We were then told it would be over an hour before our small dog would be even touched! Loved our groomer so we continued to go there, but there was always drama with the owner. But double booking on an appointment that was scheduled so far out was the final straw! DO NOT GO TO PAW PRINTS!!!

Our cat is a Gray Fire survivor. She spent 3 1/2 months on her own until we were able to find and catch her. So its been 7 months and she is as calm as she ever will be. We are fortunate to have found Paw Prints. They did a great job on a half crazy cat. Thank you

To start it off, my springer spaniel has never been groomed before (hes 11 months) I made that VERY VERY CLEAR-the website states they work with puppies/dogs new to grooming. He called me during the appointment saying he had to step out and regroup(he means smoke weed in his car- I witnessed it twice during drop off and pick up) because hes the happiest dog and wont stop wiggling like it tickled, which I then said ok Ill come get him or lets just do some hand cutting with scissors, to which he replied he could try to do, but I was still feeling extremely nervous because when he called me he had made a joke about my dog getting into redbull because he was so full of energy (not a funny joke to a first time client whom youve never met) so I offered AGAIN to come get him, but HE insisted to let my dog stay to teach his staff how to work on a goofy, happy dog versus a dog thats aggressive which is usually what they experience. I said that would be fine, but if my dog is being used as a teaching experience why did I get charged a handling fee. (He took $7 off the handling fee making it only $18 and made it seem like he was doing us a favor). My rhetorical question would be, why would you keep repeating the fact you have 10 years experience but youve never worked with a (what he called) rodeo dog before? & that cost $90 total, just for some reference to anyone reading for a completely botched hair cut that my husband ended up helping out with when he picked him up. To be clear- I understand a handling fee but not when you ask me to leave him there for a learning experience. I would rather have just paid for the services already rendered and have someone else with knowledge of this temperate and breed cut his hair.
The next day- against my better judgement- I took my cat in for her appointment I made. I have never seen a more uneven sanitary shave and they told me it would take an hour and a half, so I drove home only to be text 25 min later (her app was at 12- got a text at 12:25) saying she is ready. Thankfully I live close enough that wasnt an issue just extremely inconvenient. It cost $50 for them to slightly shave her! She has had quite a few done in the past- I was just hoping to find a groomer to fill my dogs needs AND my cats. Im fine with paying a price for quality, unfortunately this place is extremely below the standard. The staff is friendly, but the uninviting and very unprofessional atmosphere of the facility and actual customer/client interaction really were completely under par.
Will not be returning - which is unfortunate because its near my home in a convenient place.
(I bought clippers myself and groomed him how I had asked. Hes shaved down completely now and He literally fell asleep while we shaved him.)
