Got my dog in same day! Little chihuahua for her nails! Luna loves getting done up. She was good and got a treat after for being good.

Had my Teacup Yorkie in for a spa day. First time and I must express how impressed I was with all!! My dog gets many compliments on a daily basis. Pricing is comparable. Wont go anywhere else now!!

*UPDATE* 3/6/24 Amanda is still great and I have seriously never had a bad experience with A Dog's Tale for almost 2 years now!! Still highly recommended and will be continuing to go to them for all eternity if they let me Could not be happier with this groomer! Amanda did an incredible job on my doodle Jonah. Due to some unfortunate safety events at my last groomer I had to start the hunt for a new one when Jonah was already overdue and came across A Dog's Tale. At this point Jonah was regrettably pretty fluffy (due to circumstances was almost 5 months since his last groom) and had some matting on his head I couldn't keep up because it was just so freaking long, so I assumed a full shave down was the only salvageable option. I let Amanda know I had realistic expectations considering his condition, but when I can keep to normal grooming schedules prefer an extremely short (he goes 3 months usually between) teddy cut. When I picked him up 2 hours later, he was the *perfect* length and she still was able to give him the teddy cut!! I can't even tell you how pleased I was! She even did the ears and tail length just how I liked, like she read my mind completely. He looked so good. Also when I walked in it looked she was playing with him, which made me even happier! I will also say since I was so concerned about safety after the last grooming place I was using, I felt so good about leaving him at A Dog's Tale with Amanda. Low traffic area, safety gates between the lobby and grooming area, kennels available if he decided not to play nice roaming (he's finicky and can be reactive in settings and barks like you've never heard), and the place was very clean and decorated nicely. I also can't even tell you how much I appreciated that she got Jonah in at 7am and he was the only dog there for the majority of his groom. Even when I picked him up there still weren't a million dogs running around waiting to be groomed - which made me feel like he was getting dedicated attention and being kept safe. It also showed me they are good at time management and run their scheduling well and are able to accommodate reactive dogs better than some other facilities. Pricing was comparable to market rate at other places, it looked like I had been quoted before a slight inflation increase and they said they would honor the quote until the end of the year which I appreciated so much. This would not have been a deal breaker, particularly knowing how much I ended up liking them, but I will say it did make me feel like they cared about relationships with their clients. I liked that their starting prices are listed online, a lot of other groomers you have to call to even get an idea and I find that slightly deceptive and inconvenient. The transparency was refreshing! I definitely I will be sticking with them long term, could not recommend them enough after my positive experience!
