        Jane puts the customer's requests first and works hard to make sure the pet ends up looking exactly how her customer describes. She is also highly skilled at helping squirmy cats and doggies get their nail trims accomplished. But, her very best quality is the patience with which she meets the needs of her most challenging customer pets. On one of my very first appointments with Jane, our pet cat bit both Jane and myself. Jane didn't miss a beat handling the situation. She finished grooming our cat, Libra and then administered first aid to both of us.
