Excellent teamwork

Ive been here now for a month. Rehab physical therapists and occupational therapists are fantastic. Staff for the most part is just ok. Dont come here if you need pain management, meds on time, or need a call button answered. It wont be done. Food here is beyond disgusting. They cant or wont follow simply dietary instructions. Either from Dr or Nutritionist. Weekends here are dreadful. Might as well be in lockdown at local jail. You cant get a cup of coffee, or hot water. Ever!!! They have banned the use of microwave yet found no adequate substitution. Administration here is comical at best and quite frankly this place is close to pathetic.

Today I visited a friend in Franklin Hills, and the gentleman that brought me had a problem with his battery and his car would not start. So I came in and spoke to the Director who immediately got the maintenance person out there and they completely took care of the problem. They were very amicable and friendly and did a great job. The facility appeared to be very clean and I had a great time today there. I think it was a five star visit!
