The tenderness and quality of care that Sharon gave to our beloved Vickie was so wonderful. Sharon went above and beyond anything we expected. She gave Vickie manicures and polished her nails with Vickie's favorite color of polish. At Christmas she gave Vickie a lovely gift. Sharon would engage Vickie conversation. We would drop in sometimes more than once a day unannounced and we were welcomed and were treated as if this was our home.

My husband and I felt very confident of the quality of care that Sharon, Rejean and Doris gave to our mother . Each staff member knew our mother’s changing medical needs. They stayed on top of her changing medications and her caregivers’ appointments . Sharon would help us coordinate care with our mother’s doctor too . The staff screened all of her visitors , securing the home and assuring us that she was safe while making us feel very much welcomed and at home. Agape Haven was well-appointed , clean and tidy. The house was always cool in summer and warm in winter and spring. The staff cared well for our mother’s appearance too. Our mother had her hair done everyday , face washed, sometimes she even wore lipstick and she was bathed regularly. Our mother was very pleased with her baths . Her clothes were always kept in order and clean . Sharon knew her favorite foods and these were kept on hand . And they were very patient when our mother was up all night sometimes too. So, my husband and I would happily recommend Agape Haven to anyone needing to place their parents or other loved ones in a home with round-the -clock care.
