        Visiting Angels has been a godsend! They watch over my Dad on weekends when I'm not able to be there. The care team check if he's taking his medication and make sure he gets a good meal. They've also connected us with some valuable agencies that can further his health. I thoroughly recommend Visiting Angels.

        My grandmother received care from visiting angels....when they actually showed up. These visiting idiots would never call when a care giver would call off, leaving myself or my mother scrambling to call off of work last minute to take care of her. This company does not provide quality care. She needed a caregiver due to being a fall risk... and she fell multiple times with the caregiver being present. They charge 41$ a hour and the caregivers do nothing but sit on their phone. Despite the commercials on tv, or their online advertisements, these "angels" do not show up in kakis and a blue collared shirt; instead sweatpants and shorts. Would not recommend this service to anyone else.. Thankfully we found a more reliable caregiver agency. Wish ya'll the best with your loved ones. For 41 dollars a hour, we expected quality care and professional care to be provided. We received the opposite.

We did discover that your caregiver was late to multiple shifts after an investigation and are deeply disappointed to learn that. We are sorry if it caused any issues. We prioritize safety and have no documented reports of falls while our Caregivers were on duty. We emphasize professional attire and engagement; we apologize for any observed lapses.
