Our brother received great care at North Central. The nurses and all of the staff were experienced, kind and very caring. The facility was always clean. They celebrated all the holidays and always had fun activities for their patients. A very special thank you for Susan, their receptionist, whose kindness and helpfulness was never ending, you always brought joy to Don. Also to James who took the time to get Don set up on his Lego hobby, even coming in on your days off to help. James you made a real difference in Dons life. Thanks again to all those wonderful people at North Central.

My grandmother who was 90 years old lived here she loved it here and loved the staff the place was her home and it felt like a home she was well taking care of by all the nurses and CNA's and there was great communication with us as the family through everything if I could give more stars I would I love this place as did she thank you guys for everything !

My grandma stayed here for a couple years before she passed away at 93 years old the place is amazing they were like family and really thought of my grandma like family she ended up having dementia towards the end and the CNAs nurses and Doctor treated her and our entire family amazing and communication was awesome between our family and the staff there if I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you for your caring and kindness at one of the hardest times of my life

North Central Care Center is such a breath of fresh air! We brought my "other" mother here and she was well taken care of, all of her concerns were addressed immediately. Upon D/C she was able to have in home care and care for her healing beyond NCCC. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Such a warm, clean, homelike environment.

I wanted to wait to write this review until we were completely out of their care. Our loved one went there for what was supposed to be a two week physical therapy stay. It turned into over 6 months. He went in with no POA in place and at first they agreed to help him set on up with the person of his Choice. However that never happened. He wasn't bathed regularly. And physical therapy was not happening at all and He was pretty much completely bed ridden. He couldn't walk barley at all. The worst part is they never helped him put his person who HE WANTED as his POA AND a staff member went through the courts and requested to become his LEGAL GAURDIAN!!! THANK GOD HE WAS GIVEN A GAURDIAN AT LIGHTEM through the state and she got him a lawyer to help him set his his POA and they were able to dismiss the court procedures. they were trying to become his LEGAL gaurdian!!! Even though he had people at home taking care of him!!! And he already had someone doing all his stuff at home, financials and whatever. Someone he trusted and wanted them to be his POA. Now being home for over 6 months he is walking on his own and thank God he didn't suffer long term effects of that place. It was a nightmare. I would never send a loved one there. And if you do make sure they have the proper paper work in place. Because this place WILL TRY AND TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE FROM YOU!
