    Good place to do busy with yes it took a little longer but in the times we live in what doesnt take longer had a little problem that wasnt even there fault but they called me right away we got it figured out the guy that called was super cool answered all my questions and got my parts to me

    This company is a scam! Do not order cams from them! You will never get your custom ground cams, or your cores, NOR your money back! STAY AWAY! update: Seems like a common issue of, "we have no idea who you are, we never got any orders from you..." Well, I definitely won't make this mistake again! It only took 13 months to receive the parts. WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN!

    Buyers beware very dishonest company one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I Purchased, a pair of handlebars from the website I was not sure that the item purchased would fit the bike. So I decided within an hour and called the customer service department. Upon speaking with customer service Greg, it was confirmed that I had purchased the right part. I waited seven days to receive the handlebars. I put the handlebars on the bike inside the clamps, and they clearly did not fit. I immediately call the company. Spoke with Greg again and he said that it was the part ordered would not fit my motorcycle.? I was very specific with the bike model & year during our first conversation on the initial first order. The service department gave me the right part number, and said to return directions are on the website. I gave trusted this Company I and just figured that he made a mistake on the initial order ,so I mediately ordered the correct part number for my bike. I called back once again after reading the directions from their website stating that I needed preapproval return the bars but did not fit. Keep in mind. I had already paid for two sets of bars the first set of bars that did not fit. I was given the wrong information for and I had paid for the brand new bars. I immediately called the service department, and the individual says leave me a note attached with the name attention. I followed the directions that were given to me. I called them in seven days, and I’m told that they received my return, and that a refund will be issued back to me. Four days past since this conversation, I called him again and asked him when can I receive my refund. I speak to an individual that tells me that I damaged the return parts ?? Four days prior to me confirming that they had received it. I was told that it was OK and I would receive a refund. I spoke with customer service and was informed that I would not receive a refund and that my only option would be for me to pay for shipping again to receive a part that I did not damage ….at my expense again! This individual also went on to say that the person that I have been dealing with was no longer working for the company during this whole process! Their customer service representative had given me the wrong part …… approved my return…. and approved my refund upon his inspection of the return part. I asked to speak to the owner. The owner was very agitated and angry, stating that I had damage the return item the owner was not willing to work with me at all, considering the circumstances. I had to eat the entire purchase of the returned item, and I also bought another set of handlebars !!!!!! he offered no solution other than it was my fault you’ve got to be kidding me from your business rating I should’ve known better because it appears that they perform half of everything wrong and very little right terrible in accurate customer service. they admitted to No wrong being done none of their part.

    BEWARE!! ORDER AT UR OWN RISK! Home of the give me 10 minutes and ill call u rite back and let u kno whats going on with ur order, im a very patient man but ive called 8 times now over the past month and keep getting the same response, and ignored on the call back EVERY TIME!. I ordered bars and cables about 3 or so months ago for a job im doing, i finally got the cables separately over 2 months, now still waiting on the bars ive been very patient but my customer has about lost his mind, now ive lost the job and hes talking about getting a lawyer over the bars. I totally understand the whole parts thing i work in a bodyshop and run my own shop but communication is key to any successful business and we've had very poor communication to the point now he wont even answer my calls, hes never called back anyway so now i have no choice but to agree with the customer that i lost. If uve ordered parts i hope u get ur order in and it all works out. ... he will respond now with some more lies but wont call my phone to let me know about my order or the money he took from me but hasnt sent the item. BE A MAN AND CALL MY PHONE AND LET ME KNOW ABOUT A REFUND OR MY BARS! Thank u!
