Tim has been my agent for years. My wife and I have 8 cars, our house, a couple rentals and an umbrella. We had a meeting with Tim on Wednesday and he was able to get us better insurance for less money. It was great to sit down with Tim and get his help. Thank You

Tim Lane is awful, I would highly suggest if you have an 80k+ car to not use State Farm and do not use Tim Lane. My car got vandalized and State Farm would not cover the cost to fix it.They claimed the damage was to much and told me my rates wouldn't go up then later messaged me that my rates were going up $40 more a month. They told me before i filed the claim everything would be covered since i have full coverage. State Farm has terrible reviews for a reason. Save yourself the time and the Hassel and find a better company. Tim will try and tell you everything you want to hear but then won't back it up when your car gets damaged. STATE FARM DOES NOT WANT TO FIX YOUR CAR THE WAY IT WAS ORIGINALLY.

Tim and staff are friendly, efficient, and professional.
