My brother and I were desperate to find a place for my mom, but we had no idea where to start. We were referred to Jodi Silva with Care Patrol. Jodi was so helpful, knowledgeable, easy to work with and easy to talk to. She helped us find the perfect home for my mom, and we were able to move her in within a couple of weeks. My mom is happy where she is at, and we wouldnt have been able to do it without Jodi. She was a god send to my family. I will be referring her to anybody I meet going through the same situation.

We can't say enough about Care Patrol's amazing personalized placement services. We tried to navigate all the assisted living options; it was so overwhelming and confusing. We got nowhere. Their networking & relationships with homes and providers landed our mom in the BEST possible situation. Now we can rest easy. So grateful! Thank you Theresa!

Care Patrol does an excellent job in helping families find solutions to their senior care needs. They truly take the time to match the needs of their clients with communities and resources that they have physically seen and can honestly recommend. I enjoy working with Jodi and Elise very much. If you are faced with trying to find care for a loved one when they can no longer care for themselves, I highly recommend Care Patrol. They were a godsend for me when we had to unexpectedly find care for my uncle who lived independently in Nevada until a medical condition caused him to be unable to care for himself. We not only needed help finding a home in Washington near us, we needed help on short term rehab needs, wheelchair transportation, medical equipment and endless questions about things we had no idea how to navigate. Theresa at Care Patrol was amazing and there every step of the way. She toured facilities with me and helped ask the right questions. She advocated for placement when Covid made availability difficult. The experienced, knowledgeable people at Care Patrol are an enormous resource for anyone navigiating care for their loved ones. Highly, highly recommend them.
