        Friendly staff, good community. Convenient location if you live in the nearby apartment complexes. It's motivating to have access to a gym without a commute. The owners are very knowledgeable in fitness and sports sciences with a passion for their careers.

      Specialty Training, Inc. was founded in 2002 by Darin Rell. As an Exercise Specialist at St. Lukes Rehabilitation institute and the prior Fitness Director for Deaconess Medical Center, the core of the company has been focused on conditioning the body with proper form and conditioning. Specialty Training has been established as a leader in Personal Training, Post-Rehabilitation, and sport specific training programs for both adults and youth. Whether you're coming back from an injury, looking to train for an up-coming event, or just looking for a gym to call home, we have many different options for you and your family to reach your full athletic potential.
