I spoke with a Mark T attorney at law. I owe a certain amount of money that I'm more then willing to pay. Mark T turned down half of what I owe then in two weeks to receive the other half that would have paid off everything I owe. Mark T rejected that. I'm currently unemployed because I had to close our small cleaning business. Went out of business. Now we are in fear that our bank might be taken and the only one who has an income is my wife. So we are screwed either way. Thank you Peterson Enterprises for rejected that money and the payments that we could have afforded.

Thanks for the lawsuit. I had medical insurance that they failed to bill, then I married and changed names, so by the time it was brought up, it was too late to back date. Now, after a global catastrophe, you wanna sue? Welcome to America!

Hard to find. Once I did the staff was helpful. They do collections but don't give a lot of information about what who they are collecting for or why.

Shame on this company for suing me for a MEDICAL debt during a worldwide pandemic. Shame on this company for PURCHASING a medical debt which by the way, is a violation of HIPPA by buying my PHI.
