McDonald's

It had been a while since I've been to McDonald's and it was right by my PT so I was pretty excited about getting fries and then that all turned to not they were soggy and not crisp they definitely weren't McDonald's fries that I that I craved.(besides lg. Fry cost more than a hamburger?????) people were friendly but the food wasn't very good

Its McDonald's. I've only done drive thru. Fresh fries are awesome. One big thing though. About 50% of the time, whenever I get a large order (teenagers at home). There's something missing. Fries or a burger or an apple pie. So my advice is to check out your order. Its not a make or break deal because well fresh fries.

The lobby was closed so I called the restaurant and asked if I can walk up to the drive through window since Im in A semi truck. Jacqueline said thats fine but 2 minutes later when I got to the window I was denied service because thats McDonalds policy. I know and Jacqueline knows the problem is my skin color. 4-20-22 10:30 PM.

You know how you hear people over the mic when you're ordering food and they sound like they hate their life... so that didn't happen today!! I had just had a bad experience at another place so it was a breath of fresh air to get a gal that was so friendly and kind. She had a great voice, as in, she should narrate books! Lol

Kind of felt like our big order was pushed to the end but couldn't see how many orders were in que for drive-through and curbside. 2 customers came in, and there was a miscommunication, and they didn't get what they wanted. The guy took the defense right away, which was uncalled for. The girls were really calm and only wanted it fixed; didn't blame him in my opinion, just said it wasn't what they wanted. The guy needs to step up his customer service game.
