McDonald's

Have not had the Big Mac in awhile and gave it a try at this place..well these two patties were soo thin now and it was so expensive. Not worth the visit anymore.

If I may, some brutal, constructive criticism. I was not happy...at first. Just because I was on the road traveling across Washington State, and I was getting pretty hungry. It took me a few hours to cool down, I mean, wanted to go back and tell the employees what's up, but in a calm, collective, manner. After thinking a bit, I came up with the solution, everyone likes different tasting food. What ever the culture of the area likes.

I give it 4 stars go because it's the only fast food joint within 8 miles. It's a training school/ fast food restaurant. It's fast and it's McDonald's. One thing that is going to cost this a star is the prices! They have went crazy! Same burger higher price! That's everything! 1 Large fry, 2 tarter sauce, no drink, almost $5.

They got my order wrong, twice. I also asked for Coke Zero, and nobody told me until all was said and done that they only have diet and will just substitute that for zero without mentioning it. The fries were good, but the sandwiches... what on earth happened to McDonald's sandwiches? They used to be decent for fast food, and now it's over salted meat with cheese and a couple of onion sprinkles. Also, the shake wasn't a shake. It was clearly soft serve in a cup with a straw. Really, really disappointing. I'll stick with Wendy's from now on.

Tried to take advantage of the szechuan sauce promo and the manager refused to give me the amount of sauce that was on the receipt. I purchased 40 nuggets, 6 sauces and the free 5 from the app, totaling in 11. They would only give me 6. It is unacceptable that any business can sell goods and not give you the payed for items as listed. She called her boss who did not veto her. At a base level it is false advertising and should not be tolerated in modern day society by corporate America.
