I had a great experience here today. Going to the dentist is difficult for many people. Firstly, chas is in top of their communication methods. They verified my appointment times, were understanding when I had to cancel initially and were able to accommodate squeezing me in at an earlier date to reschedule me. The are prompt and kind on the phone. Kim, who did the first part of my full exam and all my X-rays made the experience very positive for me, but she was real-real about dentistry, real about fears related to visiting the dentist and overall discomfort with things involving teeth and mouth. The doctor listened to me, carefully educated me on the processes involved in my treatment plan and was 100 percent reassuring about any concerns. I read some of the other reviews on this clinic and have to say I respectfully disagree with the few poor ratings that I read. This crew took an experience that would normally be riddled with anxiety for me and made me look forward to getting my teeth taken care of. If that doesn't speak volumes then...i don't know what to tell you. That means something to me!! Thanks y'all for all of your hard work.

I went here becuase I have very bad toothe pain . I had an infected toothe the dentist was very gentle with the needle to numb the toothe . I recommend this place if you need anything done on your teethe.

Wonderful experience. Got in and out with 2 filled cavities all within a week and a half. Staff are great and personable.

I am pretty frustrated. I came in a year ago because I chipped a tooth (with a cavity), and they told me they couldn't fix it or do a crown until they cleaned my entire mouth, quadrant by quadrant. They will then schedule you months out because they say they don't have any openings until then; by the time they were done with all the cleanings, x-rays, and diagnostics, they told me they couldn't save the tooth anymore and it would need to be extracted. If I follow their advice, I am going to be down and out thousands of $$$ and lose my tooth anyway. Every time I broached the subject with a member of the staff during the last year during my visits, they told me that crowns or restorations were on the bottom of the priority list. To add insult to injury, when the dentist finally did see me again, he started off by scolding me for waiting so long to get the temporary filling covering the tooth fixed!! There is NO continuity of care here-- the administrative staff and dentists operate as if they are in separate hemispheres! This feels like a bad joke without the punchline. I only hope I can go someplace else soon and get a better opinion and coordinated care.
