        Always very nice and helpful. This is the bank on Division by the mall.  Always very helpful with answers to questions.

        Was given a potentially fraudulent check; was proactive and informed the bank only to be told I'd be charged a $15 fee if it was indeed fraudulent... what horrible service! I'll be changing banks as soon as possible

        Completely useless. Refused basic service. The boy at the counter and the little girl next to him were more then pleased to continue to sit and do nothing as there was no one else to help. Do better STCU.
