      image Wow! Outstanding service! Went in to see Jason about adding a line and to return some equipment. Walked out of there with a new IPhone 15 for my daughter with all the bells and whistles with minimal damage to my wallet and my mind, lol. Thank you Jason and T Mobile for outstanding customer service!!!! I highly recommend visiting the store on South Hill, they do not disappoint!

      image On 4/1/24, Jason helped me and my wife trade in our old iPhones for the latest generation iPhones. His expertise and friendly personality made an otherwise anxious process an informative and relaxing experience.
      He patiently answered our many questions while we handled the different models of iPhones and made sure we understood the information.
      He meticulously and methodically explained the financial details of the transaction, the various add-on options available, and walked us through each step of the data transfer process. Couldnt be more pleased, 10/10.
