I had the best experience renting with Enterprise this time. Originally Charity gave me the car I requested, but when I got out there, a very pretty BMW SUV was sitting next to my rental. I went back inside and asked Charity if I could get the BMW & she happily changed my reservation. She was so sweet about it & dIsnt get grumpy with me for the extra work. Shes a class act!!
The return was easy & simple. The guy who helped me was very nice, I talked his ear off (asking questions) he didnt have an opportunity to tell me his name and I didnt notice it on his shirt, but he was friendly & very nice.

When we picked up the vehicle we ordered at the Spokane airport, the rep tried to talk us out of the pick-up we ordered saying someone else needed it. The rep appeared frustrated and a little angry when we confirmed our pick-up reservation and that we needed it. Why make me feel guilty and off-put.
They provided us with the pick-up without a working horn.
Now, we did receive a small compensation for the non-working horn when the truck was returned- But the initial off-put was something I can't shake off.
I received a message from Enterprise responding to this review.
The response appears to indicate Enterprise didn't completely read me review.
