Had a great interaction with the Richland Enterprise Rent-a-Car. Isiah Chavez was so friendly and helpful! He sensed I was frazzled and took control and helped me quickly get a vehicle and out the door! Hes an asset to the company!

Have used enterprise for years, and the Lee Blvd location exclusively the last 3.years. Isaiah, Javier and Dom have always been on it, kind and helpful...

I reserved a Toyota Camry at the Richland Enterprise location when my car was going to be at the body shop a day before I needed it. They picked me up at the body shop and took me to the office where I found out that the Camry that I reserved was not available. There was not a car there that was comparable to the Camry for the same price and they had no idea when there would be one. I had to go on a road trip the next day so I ended up getting a car that was more expensive because I didnt have time to wait for another car. The whole situation made me feel taken advantage of. There isnt many car rental businesses in our area - this one is 50 miles from my home. I wont use them again - I dont feel like they stand behind their customers.
