You can tell Gillian has been doing this a while and knows how to make her guests happy to be here. My once skeptical husband now gets why staying at B&Bs instead of motels is such a better idea thanks to her and this house.
It looks just like the photos inside and out. If this is your first time looking into staying at a B&B instead of a motel, this would be a good one for you to try. Because of COVID they gave out gift cards to Franks diner 2 blocks away for breakfast. We loved it. An authentic old railroad dining car serving amazing food.
Will definitely be staying here every time were in Spokane.

Absolutely a wonderful place to stay in Spokane! The owner and hostess Gillian is extremely helpful and provides a superb accommodation. After a day of business or sightseeing, you can relax on the porch for a while and then stroll through the historic neighborhood to a cafe, pub, or restaurant.

Lovely place in a terrific location to visit Spokane. Excellent restaurants are within walking (2 blocks!) The hostess, Gillian, is so welcoming and she loves to share the history of the house! Wonderful stay.

Very nice interaction with reserving a room several months ahead of time. Two weeks before our arrival date, they contacted us to say the room was not available.
