These are the best extensions I have ever used. I reuse them over and over, and they hold up to a lot. I have ordered from other companies before, and they can't hold a candle to these. Shipping is fast, and they are extremely easy to install myself. Saves me hundreds from having to go to a salon!

I hope if you order from this company that you have no need for any type of customer service because it does not exist. I have ordered from them a few times and was happy with the product, then I got a terrible quality order. It was nearly impossible to figure out how to get through to anyone. And you CANNOT speak with anyone on the phone for anything other than sales. I sent the hair back to be tested and treated per their procedure. No one was in contact with me the entire time. I had to reach out via emails and Instagram multiple times to get any update from anyone. The hair was finally returned to me only half treated. I could have looked past the poor quality hair if they would have made it right.
