Oasis Hair

I went in last night, I was the last client for Joshua. I tried to show him a picture of what I wanted. He didn't care, he said he knows what to do he doesn't need the picture. He chopped my hair so bad that it looks nothing like what I wanted. It's uneven and the worst haircut I have ever had. I gave him 10.00 tip and I shouldn't have but I didn't realize how horrible it was until I got home. Nice guy, bad stylist! So mad! I'll never go there again. If I could rate it a 0 I would.

Just by looking at the booking and services with each very little thing being charged i dont think Id want to come here. Scalp massage is extra? Does that mean that when I order the hair wash its like the same hair wash I do in the shower at home? However, I did get a cut as a walk in. Was not a good experience. I guess I didnt want to feel like I was at a Super Cut kinda place. And I have never returned for any other service.

Have had a lot of good experiences at Oasis, but Im pretty sure they just hung up on me, You can check online & call back *click* Just rubbed me the wrong way and I drive out of my way for this specific location. So gonna find a new closer spot No doubt youll get a good haircut here, but finding good customer service is hard nowadays

I HATE MY HAIR SO MUCH!! THIS GIRL DID NOT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING. SHE WAS AN HOUR BEHIND SCHEDULE. SHE STARTED CURLING MY HAIR WHEN IT WAS WET AND SAID SHE WAS ONLY GOING TO DO THE TWO FRONT PIECES SO I HAD TO MAKE HER DO MY WHOLE HEAD! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!! AND SHE WAS STALKING ME, WHEN I WAS ON MY PHONE SHE WOULD MAKE COMMENTS ABOUT WHAT I WAS WATCHING AND ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT TEXTS AND LAUGH!!!! SHE DID NOT EVEN CURL MY HAIR SHE BARLEY WAVED IT! IT WAS JUST ALL BIG AND PUFFY. ALSO SHE DID NOT CUT ONLY ONE INCH SHE CUT TWO INCHES!! SHE WAS ALWAYS COMPLAINING ABOUT MY HAIR AND HOW IT WAS TO THICK AND HOW SHE WAS TIRED AND JUST WANTED TO BE DONE!! SHE WAS ALSO ANSWERING THE PHONE DURING MY HAIR WHICH MADE THE PROCESS WAY LONGER.
