I went to my appointment fully expecting acrylic nails. When I got there the girl doing nails shared that she was afraid of the tools and allergic to acrylic. She did all filing by hand. It took over two hours to get my nails done and they were bumpy and uneven. Several fell off within hours. When I called and asked for a refund due to Christmas coming up and no time for another 2 hour session, the owner was rude and refused. After insisting, the owner finally gave me a refund and hung up on me. Terrible customer service , terrible nails. Service: Acrylic nails
