Aveda Store

I highly recommend this store as one of my favorite brands for curly hair products. Their Be Curly line is exceptional, and they also have an extensive selection of hair and skin products catering to various skin and hair types. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. During our visit on a weekday, we were delighted to receive a complimentary facial and consultation. Additionally, they graciously offered us delicious tea, enhancing our experience. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this store to others.

Shop keeper was super friendly and knowledgeable. She recommended certain products but it never felt like she was trying to push a sale on us. This is probably my favorite Aveda store in the region.

I walked in today looking for developer for hair dying and bleaching. I was immediately greeted by the lady at the counter who came up and asked, not in a friendly voice, if I was looking for anything in particular. I asked if they had any developer for hair, and she asked in a very annoyed tone, "What do you mean by developer?" I pulled up the product on my phone, and she proceeded to tell me that they don't sell that kind of thing here and kept saying they don't sell dyes. She tried to bait me with trying to buy some purple shampoo that I didn't need, all the while treating me as if I were incompetent, and when I turned to leave after saying my usual 'okay! Thank you', she left me with the coldest and most annoyed sounding "thank you". This was a bit of a let down, not because of the lack of product or the upselling, but the experience, the attitude, even more so because I know other people working there can be quite friendly(I used to work nearby).

Today I was first time at the Aveda store at UVilage and I absolutely loved it. All 3 ladys working there were super nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I only cached Zoes name, she is absolutely amazing, she gave me a lot of ideas how to use my chakra Mist and even did breathing aroma therapy for me. I had a really nice relaxing and fun experience. Will be back again!
