Barbra, worst small bank manager I have ever done business with, I don't trust her, I don't like her, and I don't want her anywhere near my bank account.

If they don't want to help you then don't have the doors unlocked. I get that everyone just wants to go home but if someone walks in even a minute before closing and a teller is still open but turns the customer away that's just bad business. You've lost a customer or 6.

My husband and I have had an account with WaTrust for a long time now and have had wonderful experiences the whole time. That is, until we made the mistake of coming into this branch and met Barbara, the bank manager there. My husband went in to open a simple account one day and Barbara helped him. He has a head injury and mental health issues and she treated him as if he was not smart, she belittled him, and ignored him most of the time. Not only that, but she opened the account with an expired ID and then wouldn't close the account the following day when I went in with him because the ID was expired. Whenever he provided sensitive information about himself such as his social or creating online passwords, she made it a point to repeat everything very loudly after he had told her multiple times not to do it. Then a few days later I jumped on online banking to review our joint account and found out that she closed it without my signature and it appears our account had been accessed and reflects my husband having 4 debit cards issues when that was not the case. She also seemingly changed the spelling of his last name. Our online banking account was also hacked which he tried to tell her but she completely ignored that and didn't care. In the end, he was treated inhumanely which no person should be treated that way. Not to mention that a bank manager is treating her clients that way. It was unacceptable and needless to say, we will not be going back there. Corporate should repremend her for her behavior. Someone like her with that much power should not have access to people's accounts andsensitive information like social security numbers, addresses, etc.
