        I was treated horrible by Patti ! Her way of communication is out of line and disrespectful ! I'm a member trying cash checks from another member and was told I could go to a different branch to cash checks if I didn't like the new procedure she informed me of. I can't believe any employee would talk to a customer that way . It's my 1st bad experience with any branch of bank of America. Customer service should be a priority! I have never been treated like this by a bank before

        It is not open very often. They dont have many people working the counter and there is always a long line.

        Get your money out fast and change banks! These crooks just admitted to giving the feds your private bank information to see where you shop! So crooked!
