This is a general review based in tv commercials I've seen. Do you really want a bank that uses foul language in their commercials seen by thousands or millions of people handing your professional business accounts???  When I'm doing business, not what i want to hear. Its not funny and reflects poorly on the organization. It shows me they are not professional. Some people don't use it and find it offensive especially the older generation.

BEWARE OF THIS BANK. They funded over $800,000 in construction loans with zero oversight, zero authorization and no quality checks. For all we know, the construction loan we paid for could have funded Tom Heaths' new position. What ever you do, find another bank. When the problems were discovered, Chera Anderson and Tom Heath in Moses Lake gave out a half hearted apology with zero solutions. They paid for broken concrete, sunken asphalt, poor workmanship, incorrect heating sources, faulty bathrooms, 17 code violations and more. It took $100,000 to correct the mistakes that Washington Trust paid for.

They are a great bank with a really good staff. If you're looking for a bank then this is the place to go!
