PLEASE find a different location. The tight corner hilltop with the dangerous islands on Mission to get into the parking lot make for a hair raising experience particularly at rush hour. Our accounts were moved to this location from Wheatland that closed at the valley mall. That location was WONDERFUL, easy in and easy out at any time of the day.

I was in the branch today paying my mortgage when I noticed a flyer saying tell your friends and family how great we are. Well Ill tell you something about them. We use this bank for our mortgage long story short- bad idea. Our highly qualified lender recommended a contractor to build our home. We qualified, signed contracts and away we went. At the end, and I mean the end, of our set loan, the contractor disclosed he was almost $50k over budget and no change orders in hand and apparently the lender and him are buddies so they tried to cover eachother. The contractor walked off the job before final punch list, my husband and I finished the house ourselves. Upon hiring a home inspection, we discovered several thousand dollars worth of piss poor construction fails that we now need to address. A lien was filed by the contractor, mountain west said sorry we cant help you and you cant qualify for any more money but you better pay or you will lose your home. Thousands of dollars into legal fees and still staring at the real possibility of losing our home all because the lender and the contractor literally screwed us. They will do what they need to do to protect their asset and nothing more they didnt even know their trusted contractor lost his WA license in the process until I informed them. Never missed a mortgage payment, always paying on time. Do your research, trust no one.

Ill be switching banks soon. I have banked with mountain west for way too long. They do not care about their customers so be prepared for some attitude when you seek help there. Dont get me started with there Mobile banking app, Im certain that a 4 year child could have developed a better platform. If you get logged out of your account, good luck. It will not be easy to get access back into your acct. Its honestly impressive to see this level of incompetence from there web developers. I didnt know it was possible. Youre better off putting your money in a shoe box.

Sure hope you dont move 1800 miles away and need a new card. I ordered one with Alexis on 16 January. Its currently 21 February and I have had to call several times. I was told I would have a card by today. Shocker, I dont. I sure hope Nicole, you arent without your entire paycheck for two months and your bank treats you like garbage. I STRONGLY SUGGEST a different bank. This bank has gone south QUICKLY. For reference, my husband has been with them for nearly two decades.

They dont submit the forms they say they will. I had around $200 stolen from me and I tried 4 times to reverse the charge but every time I went in they said the fraud form was never submitted. When I had a form filled out to pay my college on the first of every month they didnt submit that form either. Now I have a letter from the college saying I have one chance left before my debt gets sent to collections I couldn't close my account due to a $0.01 interest deposit scheduled for 4 days later. So I told them to reverse any charges that come through until then. Well now I have to pay over $200 in overdraft fees due to thise charges going through despite my requests. I will never bank here again and will never suggest anyone else bank here. I dont like making bad reviews. I dont like being mad. But when I ask my bank to do something I expect to be listened to AT LEAST ONCE.
