        Called call center set appointment for 8am to have someone look at my vehicle showed up 7:40 am and was told that they only deal with insurance claims even though I was asked on phone if it was out of pocket very unprofessional and if you know this is a issue with call center get it resolved so that this doesnt happen what a waste of my time and morning
