        I have to say for the most part I truly enjoyed my time there. I cleaned everything prior to moving out as this was my home and it was treated as my own home. There was an 850 nonrefundable deposit for cleaning my place on moving out. 5 months out I receive a bill for almost 300 for pictures, service fees, water filter and AC filter which was replaced on moveout ( I have receipts and the person who replaced those things to verify) but because the filters were not placed on the counter in package, I am being charged for replacement. Kathy in the billing department wasn't interested in a conversation and initially stated that I signed a moveout sheet and i knew the process (i did not receive, nor did I sign). She cant find a signed form because there isn't one. Think twice about moving here.

        Staff here is amazing!!! Homes are very nice. Neighbors are very nice. Maintenance is right on top of things and does excellent work. I appreciate the staff here.
