        Told one thing when we moved in years ago and never had a complaint once and then a Karen moved downstairs and suddenly there's *dozens of complaints on 2 days* when we weren't provided proof of who complained or when. Told we could smoke on porch cause at least 2 Apts per buildings have grills on the porch and it's 25 ft from entrance and now suddenly we can't when we haven't had issues with it in over 3 years. Management is condensending and not polite at all when calling about it.

        Not organized managers have zero knowledge on what there doing never anyone in apartment offices worst management ever stay away!!
