Read the fine print before you move in. Young and dumb made a fast decision and just singed. I believe the office people because they sounded like nice folks but they Were misleading about lease terms etc and very unpleasant after moving in, a billion fees pop up, if I were you I would keep looking

If I could rate a 0 or a negative star I would. My wonderful and loving single mother of three beautiful children just moved into this apartment complex after getting back onto her feet after going through a terrible divorce and after being so excited to get back onto her feet she found an apartment of her dreams only to have spent the past few months being aggressively harassed by her adult male downstairs neighbor due to her children "making too much noise" during normal hours of the day. This man has beat on her door and verbally harassed her while she's been home alone with her children. He has slammed on his ceiling when she's vacuumed during very reasonable hours of the day. And after several attempts to contact the office regarding this man's aggressive behavior towards my friend who has always complied with the leases "quiet hour time frame" it was her that the office served a noise complaint, and "comply or vacate" to. My friend is now scared in her own living space and does not feel safe to be here with her children and the office has made it very clear that they do not intend to make her feel any safer. What a disgrace this property and the people managing it are. And shame on this grown man for having nothing better to do with his life than harass a woman over noise that is expected when you live in an apartment.

I regret to inform you that my experience with the Broadway 190 Apartment Complex has been nothing short of disappointing. The management team not only misled tenants about lease term lengths but also unlawfully kept my $200 application fee without justification or refund. Their deceitful practices and disregard for honesty in lease agreements and financial transactions demonstrate a severe lack of integrity and respect for their residents. Such behavior is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of the apartment complex. I strongly advise potential renters to be cautious and consider other housing options to avoid encountering similar unethical treatment. To go into detail about what happened, I paid $200 for an app fee on Friday, which the lady at the fromt said there was a special going on $100 off or something of that nature at a 12 month lease, then monday comes around and ahe completly lied and said its now 17 month lease and no special whatsoever. Kept my $200 that I didnt have to give away. Liars and scam artists.
