The River House at the Trailhead

Great property and management team! Always enjoy going into the office and interacting with everyone there. Angelina in the office is great and Aaron who does maintenance is also awesome! The grounds are also super nice and close to the river.

Angelina the Manager is AMAZING! She is so friendly, and helped us with all our questions we had in regards to moving in. She made the whole process a breeze. I HIGHLY recommend giving Angelina a call if you are looking to move in. She is the best manager we have worked with! The apartments are beautiful, and the property is well taken care of!

I personally have witnessed Angel Olmstead, the manager, handle this property with genuine care and professionalism. She keeps this property peaceful for its tenants and tends to them with full attention until their needs are met. She is always knowledgeable of not only her property but the rental market surrounding her, in doing so she provides potential and existing tenants with the information they need in order to succeed in their future endeavors. I love, love, love the overall vibe here... there's so much to do and the spring/summer time is beautiful on the trailhead!! Christina was so helpful and an absolute delight to chat with, I really appreciate how hard she worked to ensure we got exactly what we wanted Thanks so much Christina... you rock!!!

The grounds here are outstanding grounds guy Edward is a very friendly gentleman always putting in the hard work seen him one day out in the snow grinding!
