Nobody working there has any idea what's happening or how to do their job. Good luck if you move here. Nightmare. They also have no management at the moment.

Ive lived here for 3 years and it started out okay. The first issue was when I was forced to remove my American flag from my patio because it could be found offensive. The second issue was having my rent upped by 206.00 all in one day. Totally caught off guard especially as we are coming out of such uncertain financial times due to a pandemic. My husband and I have always paid our rent on time and have never defaulted here. Today was another ridiculous run in with the lady in the office. I took my daughter to swim and forgot my pool key we asked her if she could open the pool and said no, I will need to charge you 25.00 for a new key. I let her know I did not lose my key I just happened to not have it on me but she still needed to charge 25.00. This place has become super greedy and disregards its loyal renters. Oh and dont ever forget that when a neighbor in your building gets bed bugs they will NOT notify you. I had to find out from other neighbors that two of our fellow neighbors in our building was being treated for the nasty bugs. You would think management would notify all of us that reside in the same building. Be careful of Copper Hill apartments.
