Nobody is going to want to stand in front of a grill in the middle of the summer and bake while they're cooking, it's not something anyone is going to get a lot of use out of , you really ought to save the money there too, I don't think you're going to get much use of an outside grill in the middle of summer

As most of the fort George wright tenants know we had a beautiful swimming pool that is a part of our contract. James black decided that it's too expensive to open the pool this year or every year after. They decided to fill it in with dirt. What a year to decide that with 100 plus temperature and no air conditioning in the apartments. We're older tenants that just can't take the heat. I don't understand why they didn't at least try to get with the tenants and those of us who use the pool could have paid a pool fee and those who don't use it would pay nothing. Even though it's in our lease we basically are paying the fee until our lease is up. We just don't get what we are paying for. When the lease is up I would have gladly paid a separate pool fee and I doubt I'm the only one. It would have been nice if we had that option ifeel it would have been a win for everyone. But for now heatstroke here I come.i would also like to comment on Mandy Davis bed bugs problem.james black was on the ball trying to fix that problem as they brought in a army of mice to eat them. I just wish they put a little more thought into the pool situation.
