STOP! Do not use this company. Complete was responsible for our HVAC installation on our new very expensive home built less than 3 years ago. We have had nothing but trouble from phantom noises, poor heating/cooling, and an improperly installed water heater. We were told that the noises were normal and part of any home. Agree that noises happen. However, when it prevents you from sleeping and is occuring all day and night, we disagree. Upon having a competent HVAC company come out, the problen was fixed and diagnosed as a COMPLETly impcompetent adn poorly hung duct system installation. Just last week, our water heateer started having problems. I quote the our repair guy: "Elbow going up through the ceiling was not glued. The manufacturer has a max number of 90 degree elbows at 5. There were at least 7...this is one of the worst flue installations I have ever seen." Trust us, lock the doors, run for the hills, and find someone else if COMPLETE is scheduled to do anything in your home.

Our new Carrier Gas Heater went out in the house on Christmas Day. We called the following morning at opening, the scheduling gal told us they would have someone call us right away and get us on the schedule same day since we were out of heat. I called twice that afternoon to find out why we hadnt heard from anybody and she continued to say they would get back to us. Of course, no one had so the following day I called in the morning to find out that we were scheduled more than a week out. She continue to tell me how being out of heat was a non-emergency appointment. All helpful information that shouldve been disclosed during the first call. I didnt appreciate her condescending tone either. It took one phone call to another company to have someone come out within two hours and resolve the issue.
