I didn't love the 20 minutes of pre-paperwork requirement just to look at a vehicle. I felt like my limited time was wasted. I ultimately had to leave to get back to work before even looking at a single vehicle. I ended up buying from a different dealership. I think I had test-driven and started the purchasing paperwork at Becker in less time than it took Auto Nation' to do pre-paperwork.

I had the pleasure of working with Michael & Brad. I cannot express my gratitude for everything Michael was doing for me since i only had use of 1 leg. I made an appt for an oil change. Drop off went fine. I told them I was waiting but not in the store because I had a dog. After 1 hour and 20 minutes of waiting I walked back to check in. The service guy checked and said my car was just being worked on due to a oil spill that had to be cleaned up. After another 40 min my car was finally pulled around. I had to wait outside and walk the lot because I had my dog. I planned on waiting up to an hour but not close to 2 hours. When I was checking out another attendant said in a joking way that there was actually a new car that had bumped my car out of the way which ends up being why I waited 2 hours. This upsets me and I responded maybe I will remember that next time I make an appt. I made an appt and do NOT want to be bumped for a nee customer. Dont forget about loyal customers. Its easy to find a new place for service!!!
