Arrived a little early. The nurses took me to exam room and took information, they were very nice. Then I sat waiting for 45 minutes with no doctor, no one checking on me. I won't return. In a previous appointment they had failed to check my medications and canceled a colonoscopy hours before I was scheduled for the procedure. This office has poor customer service.

I had my second follow-up colonoscopy at this clinic three days ago on Monday. On each visit, I found all of the staff I interacted with to be very friendly, thorough, and professional. I am not a big fan of sedation, but the anesthesia nurse listened carefully to me and she was very understanding, compassionate, and supportive in regards to my concerns. Dr. Christopher Tan was very knowledgeable in treating patients who have my rare blood clotting disorder and he took extra care during the procedure to ensure that there would be no complications. At 3 days post-procedure, I am doing very well and have experienced absolutely NO complications whatsoever. The pathology report was just now delivered to my patient portal and I look forward to visiting this clinic again in 3 years for a follow-up procedure.

The office seems to be chronically short handed on staff. I understand that is just the way the world is, but I do think it would be nice to hear a "sorry we're running behind today" when you wait more than 45 minutes past your appointment time. Honestly, none of the staff seemed very friendly at all. Maybe I caught them on a rough morning. Sometimes it takes 3-4 days to get a call back. It's also frustrating when you wait so long to see a doc and then they are so rushed (she was in the exam room for less than 5 minutes) to just get you in and out.
