This place is not good. Dr. Sharma was no help. More concerned with talking to his computer and taking notes than actually figuring out what was wrong.

I have been reading all of the bad reviews. And I just dont understand why would you talk bad about this Doctors office. Because they have been good to me everytime that I have had my procedures. You couldnt ask for better Doctors, Nurses, or the front desk!!! Dont listen to all those bad reviews because if they wasnt good I wouldnt go back. You cant please everyone nomatter how good you are!!!

Exceptional staff. The doctors and especially the nurses are the most respectful and kind. They took such care with me in every aspect if my procedure. I have the highest confidence with these wonderful people.

I thought staff was very professional. They took time to listen and answer questions and treated me with the utmost respect. They made a significant effort to make sure I was comfortable at all times. I rather enjoyed my time there.

Billing for my procedure has been a nightmare. Procedure was a year ago and the anesthesia portion is still outstanding. The company they work with Silverdale Anesthesia is the problem. Also they never mentioned my insurance may not pay and that I would owe the full amount for anesthesia. They waited until the day of the procedure to mention it and told me I could opt for no anesthesia. Are they crazy! I went with it assuming my insurance would pay. Seven months later got the bill saying the insurance would not pay. So I questioned my ins company and they had never received the bill. I then ask for silverdale anth to send the bill to my ins. As of this date they still have not and continue to bill me. I will not do business here nor any doctors office that uses this company.
