        Capital Roofing and Construction did an excellent job replacing our roof and gutters. I can not say enough good things about them. They replaced damaged particle boards with plywood boards. There is a significant decrease in sound when it's raining, and it no longer smells like wet wood after a heavy rain. Even with 25 boards replaced, Capital Roofing and Construction's bid was $5000 lower than other bids. Also, they rerouted a gutter that was draining on our patio and causing erosion underneath. I highly recommend Capital Roofing and Construction. Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

        When we were preparing to sell our home this past spring, we knew we needed a new roof, due to age and a small leak near the chimney. I contacted Janelle and they did a quick bid for us. We were on a very tight deadline, so I didnt shop around and Luis was actually able to squeeze us in between jobs, with a break in the weather. They replaced all of the rotten boards, repaired the leak and replaced the entire roof, in two days time! Even though our skylights were delayed in shipping, Janelle and Luis arranged to have them installed and sheetrocked with a few days to spare before we listed! Cant recommend them enough! So professional, thorough and easy to work with! Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair, Skylight installation, Roof installation
