ED Richards was so experienced and knowledgeable about our issue with our tile roof. We had a leak and he fixed it in reasonable time and he was available quickly. He was professional and reliable. I had a leak in one of the valleys on my roof and Ed did an outstanding job replacing the valley metal and opening them so they would drain better. He also cleaned the moss off the roof and the gutters. He completed this job on time and always kept me informed of any delays. You can see from the pictures the quality of the work that was done.

We had a roof leaking emergency right before Christmas. Richards Roof Service was recommended to us by another roofer. Ed came to our house within the hour and quickly assessed the situation. We bought this house recently and had no experience with a tile roof. He provided a fair price for repair and as soon as there was a break in the weather they were out to do the repairs. He was true to his word on pricing and even provided us a discount on some additional work that we didn't expect in advance. We highly recommend Richards Roof Service, and will continue to use Richards in the future.

My skylights leaked for many years. I had tried to fix the leaking over the years. Ed came in and in one day they were fixed. We have had a lot of rain recently and it’s such a relief to not have leaky skylights. I can recommend his prompt, therough service.

Roof looks brand new (it was really in need of cleaning, too) and broken tiles replaced. Clean up after the job was meticulous. I would definitely recommend this business and will definitely be using them again in the future.
