        Appalling service, inexperienced tax provider whose mistakes I had to catch out in post. I spent my entire time being talked down to after having a significant percentage of my expenses IGNORED in a return, was told my career "probably wasn't a good fit" when trying to address THEIR mistake. I've always trusted H&R Block as a provider but this shook my trust in them indescribably.

        I had always had a private tax preparer and that always seemed to have some complication and given I am retired and travel alot, it was a lot of e-mails back and forth and down to the wire for submitting. I am fairly good with a computer and doing my taxes on line was really quite easy and I liked the idea of having an online history of my taxes. The office where I went were very friendly, professional, worked well with each other and got the taxes done in just a few days. It was a good experience and I wish I had done it years ago.
