        Nolan was great! I went in for new insoles -being instructed by the RR Customer Service reps to head in & get refitted bec of a slightly different shoe size- Nolan saved me money by saying it was unnecessary & apologized (though it wasn't his fault) for my having to head out on an hour and a half long trip "for no good reason." However, he went out of his way anyway to make sure I'd had the right shoe fit, when I mentioned my new Kayanos I'd bought through Amazon online, weren't as comfortable as I'd hoped, by taking the time to do a full fit-stride test with me. Found an Asics model that fit MUCH BETTER! As I said before, GREAT EXPERIENCE!
